I want these to be fully automatic. Would M3 be able to calculate the % share between the groups to allocate an account? Here are the senarios:

1. Take inventory balance from prior month and inventory balance from current month and average. Then take the average and multiply it times an interest percent which is a amount added to prime. After that allocate to Men’s branded, Men’s private label, women’s branded, women’s private label in an interest account. The interest account will net to zero.

2. Take the quantity sold for each group (see means/women’s above) multiply by $.30. Then allocate that amount from the warehouse to the difference groups.

3. Allocate the means merchandising department to both means groups based on sales. This one is the easiest of the bunch but I still am having trouble getting the system to give me the percent of net sales for means to allocate the merchandising department.
