I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 and IE 8 on it. When I go to the lawson support site, I type in my user id and password but I can't log in. The screen refreshes, no error message, status bar displays 'Done'. I'm not having trouble with an other web sites. I checked the login is good on my old computer and also using Chrome on the new one. I have disabled popup blocker, reduced security level, made Lawson a trusted site, nothing is working.

The only toolbar was the Bing search that came with the new laptop. I went to control panel and uninstalled the Zugo toolbar. Now I can log into the Lawson web site.
