Create Reports

    Does anyone have a way to hide the 'Create Reports' feature that shows in Manager and Employee Self Service.  We encountered this while testing Landmark Cu36 and do not want all employees to have the ability to create reports.  Based on feedback via our ticket with Infor, hiding this menu item is an enhancement request.  Has anyone found any other way to make this functionality unavailable?

      Hi jenn siebel,

      I don't see "Create Reports" in our Employee or Manager Space. Where are you seeing this? We do have a "My Reports" in the logout menu...

      For what it's worth, the logout menu can not currently be manipulated using config console (Grrrrr!!!!) so it would require customization by Infor...good luck with that. The top menu (under the logo) can be modified using config console.

      You should be able to restrict the ability to create reports via security against the underlying business class (UserFolder maybe?). The option would still appear on the web, but it wouldn't work if the action is restricted.

        Hi,

        We were on CU19 and are now testing CU36, so this seems to have shown up somewhere in between in WebUI.  It's in the Logout menu right below the 'My Reports'.  We'll check out the security route on the top menu option - thank you!

          Ahhh - I missed your CU36 comment. We're on LMRK 10.1.1.19, so that's probably why I don't see it. I hope you are able to figure it out with security. I know there is an enhancement request for to make this menu configurable (LMCLIENT-7516), so I'm hoping it will be added soon.
