HR Actions effective today

    My IT department is implementing Imprivata user provisioning.  Imprivata's system does not have the ability to future date transactions, so the need a daily feed of changes.  What business class/fields should I query to find HR Actions (Hire, Term, Transfer, etc) that are effective today?

      I ran into a similar request recently. If you go to Create Reports in GHR and create a report using EMPLOYEE or WORK ASSIGNMENT business class there is an underlying list associated with each called “AuditLogList” that can be helpful for these. It has some helpful functionality for audit data like real-time actions (Terms, Transfers, Payrate Changes, etc.) and you can tie it to a lot of related fields from other business classes. Also, the "EmployeeTransactionHistory" business class can be useful for this type of reporting as well; however, data must be reloaded/refreshed there regularly as it is replicated. Hope this helps!
