If this is working when you have "no mapping required" checked, but not when it isn't checked, that makes me think that your mapping is missing one or more key fields. All that checkbox does is, if the passed-in keys don't have a record, then pass the "source" value as the "destination" value.

From the documentation: "Enabling this setting means that if a mapping does not exist, keys marked with "Return" will be returned as the mapped value rather than a mapping error.
For a normal lookup, this would be the source keys. For a reverse lookup, it would be the destination keys."

You probably need to review your source data and confirm that the cross-reference mapping key fields are complete. Note that code, source (system), destination (system), and source field name(s) are required keys. Leaving Source and Destination blank will cause failures unless they are blank in the source data (which is unlikely).

I heard that Employee bank details cannot be interfaced to S3. Is that true ?
