Our company had just implemented Lawson, and it changed how we process terminations.  Here is our current process:

    1.       We enter the last day worked as the effective termination pending date
    2.       Once an employee is terminated we wait for 3 weeks and change their status to inactive using the last day they received a paycheck as the effective date.

We are not sure what date to use for the termination date on the LTM side.  Would anyone like to share with us what your termination process is?  What date do you use for the termination date?  We are currently on version 10.0.2.  Thanks.

In our case, the TerminationDate, LastDayWorked, and EffectiveDate are generally required to be the same, and are all the last day the employee was paid for (not check date).  I'm not sure, but there may be exceptions for things like long-term leaves that don't return, in which case the TermDate and EffectiveDate are the last date they were employed for and LastDayWorked is the last day they actually worked.

Their LTM Status is changed to "Term Voluntary" or "Term Involuntary" at the same time.  I believe all Terms are interfaced over to S3 as "Term Pending" and changed to "Terminated" when their last check is processed.

We are on 9.2.4, but we don't anticipate this changing when we go to TM10.
