    what is the difference between GHR and LTM - would anyone be able to share GHR project plan/tasks

      GHR consists of the organizational and resource structure, including departments, managers, jobs, and positions. GHR includes the Employee Relations, Occupational Health & Safety, Position Budget Management, Benefits, and Absence Management functions. Talent Management expands upon the foundational elements of GHR by identifying, measuring, rewarding the human talent within your organization. TM includes Talent Science, Talent Acquisition, Transition Management, Compensation, Performance, and Goal Management.
