PA52 Upload Template?

Started By  Jewel
Does anyone have an upload template for the PA52 Screen  We are trying to upload just email addresses.  When we run the upload utility, it appears that they are created successfuly but when I run the PA100 report, they don't show up.  All I can think is there is one of those 'hidden' upload fields.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! EMSS - one user cannot see details from getSEAPhrases

I have hundreds of EMSS users without issues, but I have 1 user who cannot see any label that is generated by the getSEAPhrase function.  His wife also works for uas & has the same issue when she uses this PC. I'm thinking there is something blocking the access to the xml file, or determining their language perference, etc. Any thoughts on where to start LSA and persistdata look like all the other users. I think they are on IE7, but waiting for confirm on that. Anythoughts would b...

Mapping PMTOUT for Formscape

Started By  Cindy
We have upgraded our test system to the 9.0.1.8 apps and now need to remap the PMTOUT file for Formscape to print payroll checks/receipts.  Has anyone else gone through this with Formscape  We are considering creating an xml file and using it but need to find the xml schema (xsd or dtd file).  No one here has had any formal training with Formscape so we are struggling with finding the files that are required.  So far Lawson support has been no help.  Any help or advise will be greatly appre...

Position Split

Started By  bob
Is there anyway in Lawson to subdivide a position I know we can split PR distribution by position but what I am after is this.  We have a position that is 1 FTE but the employee reports to two different locations. Is there anything in lawson that will allow us to define a position that way or is the only way to define two different positions.  We would like to say position 3800 is 1 total FTE but .5 FTE in location 380 and .5FTE in location 430. Thanks in advance bob

FMLA Plan Set Up - Rolling Calendar Year

Started By  Sheri Schlicher
Hi Everyone, I was hoping to get some information/guidance with setting up an FMLA plan in Absence Management.  I have read Phil Simon's article (https://www.lawsonguru.com/Articles/...ment.aspx.) which was a good starting point, but our plan is set up on a rolling 12 month period (after meeting eligibility requirements) and it's not immediately clear to me how to go about setting this up. I'm relatively new to Absence Management and any insight that anyone could provide would be greatl...

Using the HR modula (Pay& Ben) How to determine the amount for 2012 W2 for Healthcare box 12 code DD

Started By  juliek
We currently use Lawson Payroll & Benefits and process in-house and when we began setting up our W2's to report the Healthcare we set up a benefits deduction group & add all Health plan for EE & ER and this would give us the amount and it's working.  However recently it's come to my attention that it's not the cost it's the value that must be on the W2.  The value never changes until termination even when an Associate is on LOA and my miss premiums (end of the year).  How do you find/pull the va...

Started By  Diana
Hello All, I am writing a research paper on Lawson and have done an extensive amount of research but cannot find a clear-cut answer to these questions. I'm hoping one of you guys can help out. I would really appreciate it. 1)  How many concurrent users can Lawson support  2) What type of network does the web module utilize 3) Describe the system architecture, as well as hardware, and 'other' software requirements.

Our benefit staff is implementing an HSA plan for the first time.  They have set it up as a plan type RS on the BN15 screen and have set up the relevant pre-tax deductions.  When working with our bank, they will only accept the HSA account deposits via an ACH Direct Deposit file.  How are others accomplishing this  (We are on apps 9.0.1.5)

Match schedule for 403(b)

Benefit Plan with Calculated Premium Plus Flat Amount

Started By  LauraSantos
We need to set up a new benefit plan.  The plan premiums are based on the coverage amount selected and an age rate table.  For example, an employee age 57, selects $40,000 of coverage.  Base on the rate table, the cost per $1000 for someone who is 57 would be $4.01 so his monthly premium would be $40,000/$1000 * $4.01 = $160.40.  I have all of this working.  However, there is a wellness benefit tied to this plan which costs an additional $1.60 a month.  This is a flat amount that needs to be add...

Printable W2's thru EMSS

I found a few other posts regarding having W2's available online thru EMSS with Lawson.  It appears to me as of last year this was still something Lawson did not have available but others had some work arounds.  Has anyone heard of anything new on this topic  Tried to search on Infor search today but guess I have not figured the 'new' support site out quite yet, I get no results.  Thanks for posting any information you may have.
