Hello, looking to see if anyone has already used or tested the process to load the W2 required information on cost of group health insurance on PR11 with an add-in?   Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I did a PR11 addins update this morning for employer-sponsored heathcare benefits. These are the fields that needed to be mapped: F6 - Company F8 - Process Level F10 - Payroll Year F11 - Employee# F13 - Country Code F15 - Topic F18 - FC F20 - Data Item Code F21 - Value F23 - Sequence

Hi Christena - Would you mind sharing your templates with me as well? judy.haden@centrahealth.com Also, we added the company cost to our medical plans in June, but now have adjustments that we need to load for the months of Jan thru May. I was planning to use the PR582 to load those. Wonder if anyone knows of a reason I should not use the PR582? Thanks!

Jenny B, we are having the same issue. The first record will upload, however no additional records will. How did you resolve this? I am using a template that I have been told works in previous years. Antonio-did you have any luck?  I have the same problem.  Using last year's template and only the first line will upload.  Any help would be appreciated!  mtimmons@marsh.net
