Currently we require all employees to go through Benefit Open Enrollemnt each year and they have to re-enroll in all benefit plans. I'm wondering if it's possible to set up Open Enrollment to have the plans roll from year to year for all employees. But still allow them to complete Open Enrollment, if they would like to update (stop/start/change coverage) for one or more plans?
If this is possible, can you let me know how you do this? How does it work if there is a rate change on the plan (ex medical plan).
