Our PA100 is automated, as is the creation of our PA52.4 and PA31 for new hires. The history flags are checked for the appropriate fields on the HR10.
We have a very random pattern of no history being created by the PA100 that is run to process the PA52.4. It is very random and the same job may create history for one employee and no history for another employee. The HIRE actions are all over the place as far as dates (future, current, back dated).
We cannot find any commonalities on the ones that are not having a history record created.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
We are trying to determine if this is happening with other actions as well, but need to work with another department to review those.
Follow-up on this: the PA100 appears to fail, not add history for the HIRE1 action when ever the entry contains a value in one of the fields that is of Topic UF.
