Life Event getting '404 Error'

    I am currently setting up Life Events in S3 version 10.  When testing the process, the employee is able to get through to the options and if the option is changed, they are not allowed to proceed to the plans screen without receiving a '404 error' and cannot proceed.  Has anyone experienced this and if so, how did you resolve it?
