Hello -

We are trying to setup Life Events automation and are having trouble setting up entry rules for benefits (with re-hires too).  With new hires and re-hires they need to wait until the first of the month following adjusted hire date.  New hires are working.  Re-hires are not working - they are enrolling in benefits and eligible immediately.  Those having a life event should be eligible to enroll immediately as well. Can anyone give any insight into setting up entry rules for these scenarios?

Thanks!

If you have a rehire, this date goes into the adjusted hire date. Set your rules to become effective based on the adjusted hire date. You will also need to set up an entry rule to allow for immediate coverage for your qualifying events. Unfortunately, at least what we have discovered, is that we need to make changes to the HR11 record to set up the different rules so that employees can enroll through ESS.
