Hello, how do I know I have the latest version of program or there is no patch to apply? My users are having issues and asked if I have applied all the patches. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hi - what kind of issues are your users having?  We are having an issue uploading to this screen

Hi Brooke, I am so sorry but I honestly cannot remember what the issue was with LP31 and I should've have updated this with the resolution. We customized LP140 and LPCUSTOM to automate accruals. Absence Management has been pretty stable for us.

You can open up a case with support and ask them. If you want to do this on your own, search for CTPs for LP31 on the support site. If you find one or more, you can then either look at the readme file, which lists the versions of the source code contained in the patch (and compare that to what you have), or have the person who applies your CTPs run the patches in preview mode. The preview log will show you where the patch contains a newer version of source code, and whether the update will change the functionality of the program. Be aware that the latest patch does not necessarily contain the most recent source code versions for any given program (e.g. you don't necessarily want the newest patch).

If it were me, I would probably do a quick search for CTPs, then open a case if nothing jumped out. Since you are experiencing issues with an online form, you might need an environment or portal patch rather than a CTP.
