Does anyone issue lump sum payments to employees who are over their maximum pay range in lieu of a salary increase which would push them even more above their max pay range?  If you do, do you have anything on the employee record indicating that they received a lump sum payment?  Salary changes are a personnel action, so you can see when they were issued with the effective date. Lump sum payments were uploaded via add-ins by payroll, so we can't immediately tell if someone received a lump sum.  We'd have to look back at their checks or refer to the spreadsheet.

You can run an audit report in PA105 using whatever action payroll used to upload the Lump Sums. If they did not use a personal action to upload, you could still use the PA105 audit using the effective date as your trigger. Also,

The employee record could be reviewed in Drill Explorer/Personal Action History, or Salary History.
