We have a set of doctors that have one job as a regular employee and then a second job as a 'moonlighter' under a different EIN number.
We currently have them in the system twice with two IDs each under the respective company, but this throws off reporting and causes other issues. So we want to go to a singular ID with multiple positions, but Payroll wants to have 2 different W4s.
In order to allow for a W4 under each process level so that each W4 will allow for a different setup under the appropriate EIN, does anyone know of a way to set this up?
