I am interested in learning how other organizations handle this situation on the payroll side.
As a public sector organization, we are allowed to dock a salaried employees pay if they do not work in a day and do not have enough leave time for a full day of pay. We currently use Percentage Pay functionalites to do this, but our payroll person manually adjusts the records on the payroll side.
We are now imptementing Time Management, and wanted to learn how others handle this process. Any insight would be appreciated.
