What report are you running to get PR940 detail? PR287, PR294 and PR290 do not give the detail I need.

The PR290 should give you the FUTA withheld and payments in excess of 7K. Detail related to fringe benefits, GTL, retirement, etc. can be found on a year-to-date PR260/PR261...just run for detail. You can also get this information if you are familiar with Addin Queries. The IRS 940 is for annual reporting of FUTA (Fed Unemployment) so make sure you are required to pay (not required if you are a 501c3 organization) and if so, indicate the tax category (which is 10) and tax authority (Federal) on the PR290 setup screen. You will also want to check beforehand your PR05 setup for the FUTA deduction code indicates a tax category of 10 and tax authority should be Federal.
