Is anyone else annoyed with the red box that appears when inquiring on PR52?
Lawson added a 'Non Earnings' tab to PR52, which is great if you need it. However, if you don't have any employees with Non Earnings, every time you inquire on PR52 and every time you page down on PR52, the red box appears.
Lawson states this is working as designed and the red box will appear if any of the 3 tabs (Wages, Deductions, Non Earnings) do not have data.
It's still very frustrating
Have you tried to remove the offending tab using Design Studio?
No, because there may be situations in the future where we would want to use the tab.
In SmartOffice, the message appears as a soft warning message at the bottom of the screen. However, in the Ming.le portal, it's a big, red box that appears. Makes me feel like I did something wrong.
