Good to hear, Shane. We are commencing the work on floating an RFP for this. Can we talk to someone in your organization to share ideas/concerns about III part maintenance ? Do you have the contact information from other organization that voiced similar concerns ? We would like to talk to them too.

I'd like to 2nd John's recommendation of Absolute. (And not just because they offer hosting for this site!)

Kent and team are very knowledgeable in Lawson- in fact many of them used to be Lawson employees. They take their work seriously, and from a customer perspective (like myself) have been very beneficial to have on your side!

Does anyone know the contact person in Analysts International Corporation or Velocity Technology Solutions. We have to make calls to fid out if they provide such support.

Were you able to identify 3rd Party vendors who will support Lawson installations that are out of support with Lawson?  Did you actually sign up with any of them ? What was your experience ?

Have either of you used Team Absolute in the past. What was your experience ? If not, do you know of any Lawson customers using Team Absolute for support ?

To answer you question, Syed: Yes, we've used Absolute before. Like I said previously, Kent and his team take their work very seriously, and are very knowledgeable about most if not all aspects of Lawson.
