Could anyone help me out on reporting Employer-sponsored health benefits?

I have a CSV file of employer sponsored benfits based on employee number. What steps are necessary to get this setup so it reports them on W2's.

Reading documentation it apprears you need to setup the deduction in PR02.2 and then also use PR27.1.

What needs to be setup, and where does the data need to be imported to?

    Thanks,

      1. Create a deduction group on PR02.2, mapping any employer-paid healthcare deductions.
      2. Enter the deduction group (created on PR02.2) on PR27 by adding for topic "W4" / data item "Code DD ER HealthCov Ded Group"

      3. If individual employees have variances above/below the company-paid deduction mapped via PR02.2 / PR27 deduction group, then enter them on PR11 using topic "E1"
      - Enter data item "Code DD ER Hlth Cov Additional" to record over/under variances to the company-paid deductions
      - Enter data item "Code DD ER Htlh Cov Override" to completely override the amount captured in the company-paid deductions

If you have a CSV file, you can use the addins to upload to PR11.1, and will need to map some hidden fields.

If you are going to use PR02.2, then I believe you would need to upload the amounts via a PR adjustment to a deduction code to record the annual amounts.

        or

Upload the amounts to the PR11.

          Thanks for the replies.

Got it to work using using PR11

We made an msaddins upload and mapped the following:

          F6 - Company
          F8 - Process Level
          F10 - Payroll Year
          F11 - EE
          F13 - Country Code
          F15 - Topic
          F18 - FC
          F20 - Data Item Code
          F21 - Value
          F23 - Sequence

          Later,
