When attempting to add or change a vendor via an interface from another application, we get the above referenced error. Has anyone else had experience with addressing this error

We are working on a 2 way interface between lawson and maximo work order system.  Part of the workflow is staff will reserve materials on a work order in maximo. I have daily interface files coming through importdb and I'd like to create a recurring job to convert these files to GL daily, via gl165.  These interface files carry the same run group name (there are multiple per day with different run group names), the only difference for each of these files from day to day is the day of the month is concatenated to the end of the run group name so that the files do not try to overwrite each other as they come through.  Do I need to define a recurring gl165 ...

Has anyone automated the loaduser.xml for adding Wen Users to Portal in LSF9.0 If so, how did you do it We have anywhere from 20-50 New Hires per week, and ALL New Hires use Employee Self-Service, but do not have an LID acct. In the past we used Add-Ins (Query & Upload) to RD30, but this is no longer available on LSF9 (RD30) so, I am curious if anyone has automated and used the loaduser.xml in LSF9 Any info is greatly appreciated.

After the migration from 8.0.3 to LSF9 enviornment (Hp-UX) this error appeares when trying to view any report prior to the migration date. We are planning our Lawson upgrade from 8.0.3 to LSF9.  As part of the upgrade we are moving from UNIX/Oracle to Windows/SQL.....yes I know this sounds like a step backward but beyond my recommendations.  We have a lot of custom programs that call UNIX scripts for various reasons but mostly to move files to a windows server.  When we go to Windows we need a new scripting tool as we cannot use UNIX.  We have researched MKS Toolkit and it does not accomplish everything we need due to the layers of...

We are attempting to Interface Lawson with our Cbord Food & Beverage software.  We have some files from Cbord but are having trouble testing them with Lawson, does anyone know how we can test these against Lawson to see if they are in the correct format.

Our company is in the process of getting ready to implement LSF9. We are running into some questions concerning the implementation of the environment and the applications at the same time. Has anyone done this at the same time If so what are the pros and cons associated with doing it this way compared to upgrading the environment and then applications

Just recently the new LSF9 env/apps has been completed (). I have been tasked to test some of the application programs. I have not have the success of running them so far. My question are: 1. Are there any differences between 803 and lsf9 applications like HR, AP, PO etc programwise 2. Will LSF9 provides a new copy of the application (cobol programs)      Appreciate any help on this.   Sam

Just wondering if anyone has interfaced with GE centricity DMS system (It's our cath lab's Hemodynamic/inventory system) If so, what Lawson interface sis you use for issues (ie: IC500, RQ500, etc) and what item master interface (ie: IC524, IC523, etc. and if issue came up during implemetation that would be helpful to know beforeheand.
