Since AP520 does not offer Run Group Parameter as found on MA540 OR GL165. I there a way to add new Parameter on AP520 screen and execute AP520 using new Param ? We need AP520 to process only selected records where Batch Number, Auth Code will not work. We are usign Lawson 9.0.1 on system-i.

Not without modifying the system code (a copy of AP520). You can create a Crystal Report with all of the parameters that you want, however.

That is a limitation with AP520, which will complain if you try to use both Batch Number and Auth Code as a selection criteria. You can use one or the other, but not both. It makes sense to have more user selectable criteria for AP520.
You could try loading your CVI/CVD records with a Batch Number or Auth Code that will never be used, like 999. Then run an update program over the files to select the records to be imported, and change the Batch Number or Auth Code to a new value. Now launch AP520 using your new target Batch Number or Auth Code as a parameter.
