Hello, looking for some insight on the SysCommand node in IPA.   I am trying to copy a file using the node and getting an error, I thought I read on this  site, that it is possible to use SysCommand to copy files. What would be the best way to find the row that you want to update on screens like PA22 and PA21. My current example is I need to update a RN certification on PA22 however this license is in a different row depending on the associate. I could do an inquire, find which CER-CODE = RN and then branch to the transaction with the correct code but that seems really a round about way to get the job done. Any ideas

I have a scheduled action for a process flow that is scheduled to run at 4am daily. As of last week it stopped running. I do not see any Work Units for it nor have I received an emails about errors. I haven't made any changes to the schedule. I have others that are working. Does anyone have any ideas why it would stop working

So my question isn't really anything to do with ProcessFlow, but I know there are a lot of people that follow this forum that are really knowledgeable about Lawson.....So.... When you login to portal, somehow it 'remembers' what productline you were in from the last time you were logged in. I'd like to know how it 'knows'.  It's nothing on the local machine (like a cookie) because it remembers even if I access portal from a different PC. On S3 Portal inbasket for IPA looking for configuration changes. The page size max is 40 workunits per page, in processflow we we able to increase that to over 100, is there a way to increase how many work units are displayed in the inbasket Also currently when you go into an inbasket it defaults to 20 workunits per page, if you increase that to 40 and then leave the inbasket, when you go back into the inbasket it again defaults to 20 workunits per page, is there a way to get it to defaul...

The users who would be in charge of maintaining these tables for RQ approval flow don't want to do it and is insisting we automate the process.  Is anyone doing this   the users are the approvers, the tasks are the approval levels, the filters are the requesting locations, and the user tasks are approval actions.  I haven't found anyone who is maintaining these tables automatically.  I have several ideas on ways it can be accomplished, but are all monsters.

Is there any possibility in landmark, when a field is changed and a process flow is triggered out of it.   For example :   whenever an employee changes or uploads any new document i want a process flow to trigger and notify HR.   Thanks in advance for the knowledge.

We are upgrading from 9.0.1 to 10.  There is a process which will send a Word or PDF email attachment.  It was an uploaded document.  It seems like they all came over as text files for the inbasket.  I have been testing various options.  It looks like I have to delete everything which converted and upload the documents in IPD as binary and undefined and copy the files to the Landmark server in the Landmark directory system\LPS\emailattachments.  I just want to verify the procedure.  Is there any...

HR 13.1 screen, click on coverage, then click on benefits.  This takes you to screen HR13.2  In many cases, this screen will access multiple pages of data when pressing the pagedown key.  We have a need in a Process Flow to update pages 2 and 3 and so on.  The Lawson transaction activity has updates for rows 0 - 9, which means 10 rows per page.  How do I get the Lawson transaction activity to allow me to update the other pages.  I can only see page 1. I am using a data iterator node to read in a file that lists Cost Centers and the related Org Unit abbreviation (something not in Infor, but our IT dept uses it).  This file is parsed by line.  For each employee in the list it runs through this file until it finds the matching cost center.  When it runs through the data iterator for the second, third, etc. employee, it starts reading the file at whatever line it left off with the previous employee.  Instead of starting at line one again.  So for...

I would like to be able to have a system config property of LastRunDate that everytime my IPA runs, I update that field that persists between workunits. How do i save this date to either some kind of process definition variable or system config property or possibly, can I query landmark on process AP010QS, get the last workunit and get a datetime that it ran a specific activity, whats the best approach.
