We are ISERIES, 8.0 and have never used process flow.  I wanted to do some testing as we are moving to 9.0 and I wanted to know how it worked.  Found out we first needed to install Collective Commerce which we own and apparently did not install when we did 8.0 since we did not use it.  When IT went to install he gets this error:

Warning: Overwriting config parameters in /LAW8/ccs/lawson/processflow/EvtMgr.ini
    Attaching Java program to /LAW8/ccs/lawson/processflow/jars/pfengine.jar.
Error while getting Virtual IP from rd00Error in DME Query: User not defined in RD30
Error while getting Virtual IP from rd00Error in DME Query: User not defined in RD30

Event Manager could not be started

Call LIS and of course they say we need a "certified" installer for Collective Commerce even though we had a Lawson certified installer for 8.0 and chose not to install at that time.  Question, is this error something anyone else out there can help me with?

I'm not well-versed on the iSeries but you should be able to install this internally using the Lawson-provided installation guides.

It sounds like you need to visit a couple of LOGAN forms (RD00 and RD30) to set some parameters.

If you are unable to resolve, I would recommend you contact a consulting firm such as Absolute (http://www.teamabsolute.com).  In cases like this, you really can't expect LIS to resolve, as their job is to help with properly-installed products.
