We have a process that we use once a year.   In the past we setup an USERACTION task for each supervisor within processflow and then had to maintain the information on the task assignments.   When Lawson rolled out the HRUSERACTION we moved to that because it knows who the supervisors are automatically.   The problem is this:

With the old task setups I could have one user see ALL items for the task and take actions if the supervisor did not act.   With the new process of using the HRUSERACTION I am not able to find a way to make it so that one user can see everything within the inbasket.   This means that I am managing these through the Process Flow Administrator tool.    I have some thoughts on other ways to manage this but I wanted to know if anyone else has run into this and if you had any creative solutions...   (I know that I can automatically take action after a specific number of days but I wanted to leave most in the supervisors in basket and only act on a few. - Also if we need to reject a bunch and can not get to the manager we have to do this through administrator whereas in the past the "assigned" user could see all of them in the inbasket and approve/reject without my involvment.)

Any thoughts you would like to share?
