OK...so I am using the Infor Rich Client where you admin much of the Infor Processflow Automation system.

Can anyone lead me how to schedule a flow to run on its own on a set schedule?

We had this set in lawson 9 throught the lawson processflow admin tool...but Infor 10 IPA is different...

Yeah, when you are in IPA, you need to switch to the product line you loaded the process flow in. Then click Start -> Applications -> Process Server Administrator -> Scheduling -> By Process Definition.
This will let you create a new process trigger for your flow (give it a name, choose your flow, assign variables, etc).
Once that's created, you can right-click it (or highlight, and choose Actions) and pick Schedule. This will let you schedule when you want it to run.
One thing to be mindful of is that schedules are by user. So if you share process flow admin duties with someone else, you will want to schedule as a shared admin user. Otherwise your partner won't be able to see/modify any schedules.

When it is created, you can view/modify the schedule by clicking Start - > Applications - My Actions -> My Scheduled Actions

That "feature" has baffled me as well...hopefully it won't be that way for long...
Thanks for using the LawsonGuru.com forums!

Nevermind...I think I answered my own thing on that...found out where yes and No is enabled.
