Hello, is there a Lawson screen to view what records are out there in the EMPserv file/table?

You must still be on TA ?? I don't have that table on my system. We have migrated to LP.
Or do you mean TAEMPSERV table?

We still on TA but I am testing LP abs management. Yes, I meant TAEMPSERV table. I am having an issue with LP140 reporting records for dates that are not in the current processing period and I need to see where these records are comeing from. I browsed the taempserv table and they are no there. I browsed the TAemptrans table and see the records there but therewasn't any records when I ran LP140.

I think you can see the service records on LP60

Perfect, I am able to see service records on LP60 screen and those recs are not there for the current pay period being processed. Hmm.... Thanks a lot!

Hi, can someone please help me understand the relation between the TAEMPSERV and the  TIMERECORDS table? I am running LP140 to calculate accruals for a pay period that hasn't closed yet. For some weird reason, LP140rpt is showing extra transactions from other pay periods and I have no idea where these records are coming from. I see them in the TAEMPTRANS table with a status = 2 (processed).  if there are only 2 records in the timerecord table and LP53, where are the extra records coming from?

I don't believe there is a relationship between TIMERECORD and LP. TIMERECORD is the before PR140 version of the data and I believe the LP140 processes records that have been processed. Have you looked at the DBURF for the LP140? It doesn't list TIMERECORD or PRTIME (the post PR140 version of the data).

According to my SchemaSpy output (attached), there is not a direct relationship between these two tables.
