I'm trying to deploy Landmark into WebSphere 6.0. by running 'enterpriseapp gen law-env' command which is listed on the page 30 of Lawson Landmark Technology Installation Guide Version 9.0.0.2. There were several warning messages displayed by this 'enterpriseapp' command in the command window. Unfortunately, no Landmark application was created in WebSphere. Could anyone help please

I am a system administrator on a Lawson S3 and Landmark implementation. I would LOVE to be able to link up with other sysadmins and users for information sharing and exchange of experiences/strategies for Landmark and dealing with Lawson in it's regard. Please reply back to this post and we can figure out a better means of organizing. Matt

How do I find further information of security class in Lawson Landmark. For example, I want to know what Lawson online screens are associated with the SupplierContactAccess security class, which is under the SupplierContact role, this role can be found in Rich Client: Application Menu>GEN>User Management. We want to implement Strategic Sourcing & Contract Mgmt and have been told you must be on Landmark to utilize these. What all is involved with moving to Landmark and would you recommend we do this when we upgrade Is is necessary to move everything to Landmark or can you do specific modules

Hi, We just completed Landmark/Strategic Sourcing installation on VM. We are having some serious resource issues. We have the application running on a 8P..24GB RAM and the application is taking it all. Does anybody else have the same issue Thanks....Sherry

How stable is your landmark environment  What about security We have kind of shunned any Lawson apps that run on landmark because of past experiences trying to get a stable system up.  Has this improved over the last couple of years

We have just installed Landmark software on our system and immediatly following the coupling process, we are seeing issues with the Security Administrator. When we try to add/update the SSOP in Lawson Security Administrator, we get a '500 Internal Server Error' message.  It also seems that usernames have become case sensative causing a bit of confusion.  Has anyone encountered this or may have an idea how to correct this

Does anyone have a way to copy Landmark Prod to a Test environment and remove or substitute Supplier E-mail addresses  If we copy Landmark to test, we're afraid that there's  nothing to stop e-mails from going out to real vendors from the Test system.  We don't want to pull the plug  on the entire  Test box as regards to e-mailing, because there's aspects of e-mailing in Landmark that we want to test.  Does anyone have a means of  deleting or substituting the Supplier e-mail addresses... or s...

I am trying to automate the addition/deletion/modification of actor records in Landmark with secadm command line (executed via -f).  There appears to be some limitations to both the --force and the --complete options.  The complete option will not remove anything until roles have been removed with the secadm actor role delete command.  The force command seems to remove the ssopv2 identity, leave the roles, and simply inactivate the actor record.  Has anyone determined a cleaner way to do this ...

First-time attempt at installing Grid on new Win2008R2 server.  Have installed Perl and Java.  The Grid installation works up to the point where it appears to be trying to start the Grid service, then fails with Java errors.  The log folder for the install just says 'failed to load dll: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_33\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll.  Message: Error: 193 Message: (null) Any ideas Thanks

Have just installed Landmark 10.0.2.17 on a Windows server and have federated it with my LSF901ESP10 environment on an AIX server.  I am seeing that Portal users appear to be OK, but several other parts of Lawson fail - MSCM, Processflow, and the Lawson Security client.  The kinds of messages I get have to do with it not being able to authentcate the user - even the Lawson user. Ideas  Thanks in advance.

We'd like to announce to our users via the Landmark interface that the system will be down for maintenance.  It would be nice if it could display on the login screen or as a fixture on the Landmark canvas desktop.   If I could create a universal background for the canvas desktop it would do the trick.

I have a federated LSF/Landmark install.  Our project for Contract Mgt. has been postponed indefinitely and I am looking at shutting down landmark for now and returning to my standard S3 setup.  My S3 is on AIX 6.1, ESP-09, landmark is 10.0.2.9.  Is there a set of instructions or a checklist to un-couple these two and put landmark into hibernation  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Hi, I am new to Lawson products and am trying to install Lawson landmark product. I am getting a warning that say for canvas.jar the platform not supported but the installation finishes successfully.When I click the Validation link it directs to iis file missing error.I have attached the error logs. Please help me solve the issue. My server specification.   I installed java jdk 1.6 update 33 both 32 and 64 bit version. Windows server 2008 enterprise edition IBM websphere 7 IIS 7
