Rich Client flashes and then disappears

    Rich Client is installed and icon placed on desktop . . . The issue is, once I double click on the icon to try to run it, it just flashes as if its trying to open and then disappears.

    Does anyone know what this issue could be ?

      Are you the only one in your team who is having the issue. Trybto right-click and choose 'Run as an administrator' . Rich client (IRC)do cause issues sometimes. Try to re-install it. If it doesn't work go through the pre-requisite document that specific version of IRC.

            Im working on a security IPA in cloudsuite, do you know if I would still use resource query nodes in cloudsuite for IPA?

                I am having the same issue after a DTS tech removed one of my Java installations. It ewas not the Java my Rich Client was/is using. I have reinstalled Java and Rich Client many times trying different verions. My install look just like one of my colleagues installs (Java and all), and his launches, but mine just flashes.
