I am looking for assistance, I am trying to upload new Articles and Terms & Conditions in my TEST environment. I was able to upload and create the Article; however, when I try to upload the Term & Condition for that Article I am getting an error "Unknown state selection" for my description. I am able to create it manually, just not through spreadsheet designer. I am unable to locate anything specific on this error on the web and was hoping someone can provide me with some guidenance. (We are on version 10.) Thank you.
