Has anyone tried to remove the option in Portal  The Run Immediately option is available on jobs in Waiting and when used it disregards system configuration and submits the job.

we have a custom table within PA, this is for reporting use only.    We get an Addin Error (appears to be security related) for any user using 9.0 security, no problem if user is using LAUA security. Also within the Security Admin tool the new table does not appear within PA. How do we get this table recognized to 9.0 security thanks

Hi, We currently have our LDAP backed up regularly via Windows Server Backup, which works fine.  However, we would also like to keep backups in a human readable form such as dumping to ldifs. When I browse the local Lawson LDAP server with JXplorer I can see three naming contexts for Configuration, Schema, Data.  I'm able to dump all three of these to separate .ldif files. Is there anything else that needs to be dumped as well to ldif  Or are these three files sufficient to COMPLETELY ...

Hi guys/gals...We are running into a situation where our project has stalled since our initial User Migration (back in July) and now have a need to dump everything from our 32bit LDAP (ADAM) to our new 64bit LDAP (ADLDS). Are there any tools/freewar that the UI is easy to understand and can extract all the data Is there any other way to easily grab our User, Roles, Groups, etc... i used lawson id to install/configure lawson from day one. now, its mandatory to change system pwd every 90 days. the only place that i can think of that lawson password is hard-coded, $LAWDIR/system/install.cfg any other place that i need to change

Can anyone please tell me what the FILLER2 column of the QUEUEDJOB table is used for  When I query the table for all possible values I get , ', , and spaces.  It must mean something but I cannot determine it on my own. In particular, the '' are of interest because I am writing a query that lists jobs in the waiting queue and I am getting more than are really there.  When I omit those with the '', it comes out perfect. We are on AIX with WAS. 9.01.8 apps  esp10. We didin't experience this issue when we removed the file from our test system and the super-users do not get the error in production. When all else fails (as it did) Lawson says to put the noparamval file back. That then allows users to add jobs with missing parameters only to end up on the waiting tab so we would like to have it removed. Good Day, We use infor masterpiece, most users are windows xp and 7 and connect to lexmark printer to print Po,  we have problem when user change computer for some reason their format printing alignment goes off.  Is there with Infor we can look at, we have upload a working format that is aligned and download to user but still wont work.  Does anyone have insight.

We are looking to move from TDS 6.2 to TDS 6.3 as part of our upgrade to ESP 9. We are currently on ESP9 and are encountering a problem that may force us to go to ESP10 earlier than we wanted to.  I believe that ESP11 is currently available.  Can anyone tell if you can JUMP from ESP9 to ESP11, and if so, what the potential problems might be, if any  I don't particularly care to be 2 ESP's back, it's just sort of happened that way and I'm looking for a quick way to get current.  Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm working on an existing program that I can compile fine and run fine if I am using LID.  However, when I try to Add the job in Portal I get a 'The value {1} is invalid for the parameter_TKN' error.  When I click NEXT so the next job show up, I get the same error.  I am able to select the job when I use the drop down list but when I try to submit it, I get an error indicating that I need to Inquire first.  When I try that . . . the invalide parameter_TKN error pops up again.  For what it's wor...
