Hello!  Help Please! We are opening a new Crayola Experience in Arizona and due to the Proposition 206, the Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act, we need to allow part-time employees to accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.  And new for us, print accrual and available balances on the pay check for PT and FT EES.  We bought LP on the fly and  I have everything working EXCEPT the hours accrual of 1 hour per 30.

I have tried dozens of ways to accomplish this with rules, calculations and/or formulas, the manual and help texts.  Hours and ratio!  I read posts on LawsonGuru that say it is easy to accomplish with an hours based accrual table.

Could someone please share how to build the table and calculations or formulas?

After spending a week trying every possible combination and hiring a consultant, it appears this simple thing isn't possible.  Possibly the person who labeled this as a simple hours table hasn't actually accomplished this.
