    Here's the issue....

We have an " infrequent issue" occurring with a Webrun node.

Sometimes flow successfully "adds" an employee's security setup via Webrun node.

Another employee's security is not "added" by same Webrun node. There is a different workunit for each employee.

Roles & Groups (other fields) are NOT added.    No errors found in Workunit log files.  Shows Webrun completed successfully.

Identities are always added by different Webrun node.

We cannot determine what is causing this infrequent issue. Issue began in July 2019. Flow was last  changed in 2018.

To resolve missing employee security, we manually add Roles, Groups, etc.

We are on Landmark version 10.  Has anybody had similar issue with Security Roles & Groups not getting added infrequently?

We have an Incident open with Infor Support.

We don't use the Webrun node to add Security for an employee, but do you run a list based Sync after you do the add? We have to do that so that they show up in ISS.

JimY, we don't run "list based Sync". What is it?
Are you using Resource Update node to add Security?
        Thanks for your assistance.

Yes I am using the Resource Update node to add Security. Not sure if you would have to do that if you use the Webrun Node. The KB article 1658769 gives an explanation. Also check out the Infor Security Services Configuration Guide for more detailed information.

JimY, are you running the "list based sync" from processflow and if so, are copying the code from KB1658769 into a System Command node?
            Thanks.

I am not because when we first started it wouldn't run from that. I believe it will work with more current versions of Landmark. I have a scheduled task in windows that runs a bat file with the ssoconfig command in it. The input file is built from the flow that we use to add new employees.
