Microfocus Visual COBOL

Hello, we just got a quote from infor today for visual COBOL for our 10x upgrade. I was just wondering if anyone out there had purchased this product from someone else?

From what I've heard, MicroFocus will not sell the licenses directly, only through vendors like Infor. Infor was testing out a free-ware cobol compiler, but as of now VisualCOBOL is the only supported option for Windows 2012.
