    We are implementing Infor Process Automation and are experiencing the following behaviour (in TEST environment).

    Running LSF 9.0.1.13 environment with 9.0.1 MSP-10 applications.   Also running MSCM version 10.1.4.0.

    Infor Consultant installed Landmark 10.1.1.10 with IPA.   The Landmark server was federated to the LSF server.

    Now, when logging into the LSF Portal session, response times are extermely slow.    Investigation of the issue

    has shown that the slowness is experienced when the MSCM application server is active.   If MSCM is

    shutdown, the response  times experienced in the Portal session are back to what is expected.   Prior to the installation of the Landmark/IPA server,  MSCM could be running and the response times in Portal were OK.

    Any  clients experience similar performance with Portal after implementing Landmark/IPA?   What steps were

    taken to resolve the issue?

      I'm seeing something similar; post the upgrades portal login is taking 20+ seconds; LTM interfaces are failing / taking 10x as long to run.

      Recent LSF 9.0.1.13 upgrade from 9.0.1.9;
      Apps 9.0.1 MSP 9;
      MSCM 10.1.3.0;
      LMK 10.1.0 upgrade to 10.1.1 CU12;
      LTM 10.2.0.4 upgrade to 10.0.2.7

      I will need to test to see if MSCM is impacting me like it is you.

      At times my lase_server logs are filled with messages like:
      15-04-10 08:36:34:870 2677 default.SEVERE server.events.ServerXREFEvent.FindIdent(): There is NO Identities Associated to this Service:LAWPROD
      15-04-10 08:36:34:886 2677 default.SEVERE server.events.ServerXREFEvent.FindIdent(): There is NO Identities Associated to this Service:LAWPROD

      A new log row is added every 10-15ms with the error message.

      Per Infor: I found a Jira ticket for an issue where it is writting a message like this and it is also writing the message in your lase file also, I have linked KB 1587887 to this incident and that is tied to JT-723664,

        Did you also install the ISS piece? We also federated and we are LSF 9.0.1.11 but could not install ISS.
