User Activity Monitoring Solutions

    I'm wondering if anyone can share what they are using for monitoring user activity in Lawson?  Are you using 3rd party solutions?  How long have you been using them?  Is there anything lacking in these solutions?

      When I worked at Velocity, I used Zoom a lot for this.  I thought the tool was excellent.  I believe you can purchase zoom as a stand alone product.  Meaning you can use it without being on their cloud.

        We also use Zoom since Velocity is our Cloud host. It's an excellent tool for user activity monitoring. It even gives how long each transaction takes and does some analytics for you to enable you to determine peak times etc.
