Allow User to See Other Users Print Manager

    Hi all,

    It's been a while since I've had to do much Lawson Security administration, so I'm pretty rusty.  I have someone (a manager) asking me to allow them to see their direct-reports' job reports.  

    They are on version 10 and were upgraded from version 9.  Prior to the upgrade, she could see these.  I've found several things that did not make the transition cleanly, so I suspect this could be one, too.  I just can't remember how/where to go to allow one user access to another user's print manager.

    Please help!

      Hi Jeremy, you might be talking about a distribution group. If you look into the LSF Admin Tools there is a section for creating distribution groups that can provide what you are looking for.

        Hi Jeremy,  I'm not a security admin but for us the Role BatchUserAll allows access to other's print managers.  If I remember correctly (from about 5 years ago) this was a Role supplied by Infor.
