I am running Lawson 10 with Landmark installed and I needed to delete a user due to an incorrect actor id.  Here is the process I followed:

Removed use from Lawson System Foundation

Deleted user from Lawson Security Administrator

In the Landmark Rich Client I did the following:

    Found the user

Double clicked on the user and went to the roles tab and removed all roles

Went to the identities tab and removed the two identities (lawprod10x and SSOP)

Exited out of the that and then right clicked on actor and chose Complete Actor Delete

I let this sit overnight to force the cache out of ISS.

Now when I go back into ISS there is an orphan identity left (the LAWPROD10X one).  It's been 2 days now and it's still there.  How do I remove it so I can add the user back in with the correct actor id?

    Thank you!

Sometimes I have had to use an ldap editor to delete them. We use Jxplorer. Usually deleting them through Lawson Security Administrator will remove them, but not always.

If I delete it from ldap, won't that have an effect with the Active Directory account? I need to have that account still existing so I can create the actor ID correctly.

        Thank you!

Deleting it from the Lawson ldap shouldn't affect Active Directory.
