LBI and Dynamic Parameters

Hi,
My LBI report has one dynamic parameter. The parameter comes from the DEDCODE table. I also have the DEDCODE_DESCRIPTION included in the parameter. When I run this report in LBI, the parameter screen prompts, but the drop down that displays each deduction code is missing. I have set my "Maintain Parameters" screen to "Use Crystal Parameter Page". Also, I have set my data settings to "Use Report Data Source" as the Override DataSource and also put in the password.

What could be causing this error message? I have another report set up just like this (except is actually has 3 dynamic parameterss)
and I do not have this issue.
