We are pushing out links on dashboard for access to historical instances of reports. The users are getting access to these lists with no issue. However, they get a link for 'Details' which gets them to the report details page. We can lock down all of the items via permissions - with the exception of the General Properties. But this gives them the ability to change the report name, description and if it is active or not. I have not found a way to stop this. I've got a case open on this but no ans...

I am trying to query the reporting services database to find out the user-ids that are attached to a report security group in LBI. I see that ERS_REPORTACCESS has the access_type and access_value which could be a securitygroup for access type and has an access value associated but cannot seem to find a table that lists the user-ids attached to that report security group. The record layout for one of our benefit carriers wants the contribution amount to have an implied decimal. I tried toText((ER_Match),2) but that still leaves the actual decimal place. Has anyone ever had to do this

Occasionally a user will log a trouble ticket saying that they are not getting a report they used to get. So, checking the schedule for that report I see that they are still designated as a user, and the 'Recipient(s)' field is still showing 'All Report Users and Roles' I'd like to be able to check their subscription status to see if they clicked the unsubscribe link and forgot :-(

We have a Crystal report built that uses the MM280 as a datasource. We have been able to successfully run the report to pull in 5 months of data, but when we add a 6th month, it errors out. Something that we've noticed is on the schedule the 'Burst Report' check box has been intermittently unchecked by the upgrade. In conjunction with this the check box for Default Permissions (in the schedule) the box for 'Ability to view with refresh data and view with saved parameters' is also unchecked. Hi All, I'm seeing LBI 10-1-10-0-1 for the very first time. New install, still setting up for go-live in a few weeks. My previous experience tells me that the Tab 'My Reports' is visible for any user who is assigned reports as 'Report User'. Only - there is no tab showing up... When the user opens the target, it takes them from the report to the correct URL but it won't open that target in a new window. We have a Crystal report that groups employees by Supervisor. There is a running total in the footer that meet specific criteria. For example, a supervisor may have 5 people reporting to them, but none of them meet the criteria. In the footer, that supervisor's running total is 0. We want to suppress that supervisor from displaying if the running total is > 0. We can suppress the footer based on the running total, but not the header.
