I've been able to write SQL to get from the GLTRANS Summarized Transactions back to the invoices on the AP side, but now being asked to do the same on the PR side. We are in the process of migrating to Windows 10. One concern is that we are all using Crystal 2008 for our LBI reports and Lawson reporting. Our tech person is concerned about Crystal 2008 and Windows 10 not working well together. is anyone using Crystal 2013 for LBI Have there been any issues As of 11/29/17- it appears we can only upgrade to Crystal 2016. I am exploring various delivery options of LBI reports to customers. One option I am exploring is the ability to deliver a scheduled LBI report to an email delivery device. We currently have that functionality in place for Smart Notes; however, this is not an option for this particular need. I write reports and publish them but have never set up LBI. We have new administrators and are not sure how to point LBI from one location to another to find the Lawson Documents folder. QLIK will be used at our hospital for some EPIC, Clarity, Lawson and other hospital subsystems.reporting. I'm new to LSR and LSR Designer. We're just starting to test some of our reports using LSF Designer and unable to get a template created for PR260. I've been using the user guide, LSRDUG_10.0.3.0_W_01 to configure the designer but still unable to link the report to a template. Infor is promoting Birst as the LBI replacement. They said (in a Demo) that Infor Reporting is not the future direction and LBI is to be replaced by Birst. I'm wondering if any of you are considering this move We are just short of 200 Crystal Reports and some 30-40 Smartnotes. All of these will need to converted to Birst reports or Alerts. Since our upgrade to v10, we have several scheduled reports in LBI that are not retaining their output type settings. One specific report is set to save in CSV format in the Report Options, with the default Output Type saved as Comma Separate Values (CSV) and only Comma Separated Value is checked in 'Allowed Output types'. Over a year ago we started having this random issue with LBI report schedules randomly disappearing. We have tried to find a reason why and tie it to some event but have not been able to. What is additionally head scratching is that not ALL of the schedule is gone. If I look in the table that has the schedule triggers (ejs_triggers: This is the info on the second part of the schedule with delivery info etc.) I will find the schedule but the actual schedule in ejs_cron_triggers is gone. This is very strange. I have another version of the same report with the same bursting rights structure that runs successfully but the newly published report runs if I remove bursting rights but displays as a blank repot once bursting rights are added. We even republished the report with a new report ID but it will not burst or even display any data once the bursting is added.

I found POLINE.MATCHED_NO_REC but do not understand the numeric values & they're not listed in the guru data dictionary. Currently, when we audit changes to our AP10.1 and AP10.2 address changes using APAUDIT, the table also shows address changes to PO10. Auditing AP10.1 and AP10.2 address changes is required by our internal audit department. We utilize field ID's 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23. I'm accessing a database that has dates stored in UTC so even though 'an action was taken' on 6/30/2017 20:12:00 Central time (where I'm located) , due to the conversion to UTC this record does not show up on the report if I use ' in the LastFullMonth' because it converts to 7/1/2017 01:12:00 UTC. I know how to replace LastFullMonth with two separate date parameters. What I want to know is... Is there a way to convert any of the 'Date Range Functions' (ie: LastFullMonth) to take the time zone...

We are using the LBI RS ers/ersRequestHandler.jsp to create report bookmarks in Portal for remote EMSS users. Has anyone been able to use &SelFormula or perhaps &LawUserID to pull the authuser value (user who has logged in) For example, if user 3436 logs in, I want that valued passed as a parameter into the LBI\Crystal report so the user only sees their data. How is it best to create formulas to have columns for the 11 prior months to CPAMT. I tried CPAMT-1 which just subtracts 1 from the current period total. I tried CP-1 which displays the prior month number I was trying to get the previous months totals for those prior months. Thanks

We have been experiencing a routine weekly outage with LBI. Users receive the message 'LBI Server Out of memory'. We were informed that it could be due to the volume of activity on the RAS Server, and suggested remedies included changing reports to not open in a Crystal Report viewer so that it bypasses the RAS Server. That was done on the reports that seemed most problematic yet the issue continues. Another suggestion was to rebuild more complex reports residing in Crystal in other systems ...

When updating an LBI report, I cannot delete a value in the parameters drop down list. Steps to Recreate (See attached image): Edit LBI Report Click Maintain Parameters under Data Filtering Select Parameter to update In Available Values box, check the value you want to delete.
