I have created a crystal report with two oledb commands. After refreshing the report lot of duplicate data is coming. How can I remove those duplicate data from the report please help.When used these commands in seperate reports I got correct data without duplicates. The join I have taken is left outer join.

Is there a way to capture the user name and display it on the report And does anyone know how to capture rules info for a user. So I need a report that lists the current user and the rules that exist for that user. Example: Current User - ABC Rule - Company Values - 1,2,3,4

I have a request for data from MSCM to show deliveries, show it was delivered to and also the signatures that were captured. I can gather all the needed data, I see the bitmap field for the signature but want to convert that to the signature to show on a report. Okay, so we have been up and running on LBI for a little while now and things seem stable. Of course we don't want to just leave it that way, so we are looking into what needs to be done to make a Copy of PROD in TEST. We started looking at creating the backoffice jobs and republishing all the Crystal reports too and that just seems silly. Does anyone have a repeatable process that we should follow or did I miss something in the Lawson knowledgebase.. Thanks for your help/time, Ken

I have a crystal report that uses an union query to pull the actual and budget amounts from the GLAMOUNTS and FBDETAIL. The query lists the amounts all on the same row as shown below (12 debit fields and 12 credit fields). I had a request to publish GL291 (Trial Balance) onto an LBI dashboard.  So when I went through the publishing steps, I selected back office reports, the product line, the job name, etc.  I published the report and ran it a second time.  When I try to view the report its shows up as a blank screen.  Has anyone published a GL291 or other non-rw100 back office report  Any suggestions, tips, pointers

I recently upgrade the LBI in my test environment from 9.0.1.10.154 to 9.0.2.0.464. Everything seems fine except when doing the Reporting Serivce upgrade. The old JNDI name for 9.0.1.10.154 was set  to jdbc/LawsonRS901 and new JNDI was set to jdbc/LawsonRS. I have a design dilemma with my Crystal report.  I have two subreports that I've put onto the detail line as on-demand reports.  I like the way this looks but since the on-demand report doesn't run in LBI until the user clicks on the link, they are asked to enter their odbc userid/password to call the data up.  Is there anyway to include this subreport as an on-demand item on the detail, but get around forcing the user to enter a userid/password

On my crystal report Group Tree the Company number is 1000, but when I publish it in LBI the format changes to 1,000.

Sorry if this is dumb question.   I have a report that captures the total of a group of accounts, It then groups the accounts together and reports the total.  I am suppressing the decimals when showing the totals.  When I display the Grand Total, the totals do not equal the previous Displayed totals.  It shows the summary total which is different because of rounding.  Any ideas how to get around this Example:  Capturing Account totals for 500000 - 599999. There are a number of reports published on LBI that have indiviual user-ids attached to the report when the report is published on reporting services.We are on version 9.0.3.1.Some of these users have left the organization and we have setup synchronization to be done every morning with the option of Remove Expired Users and Roles checked. When trying to connect to Lawson as the datasource in a Crystal report using Lawson OLE-DB connector we're getting an error. ADO Error Code: 0x800072ee7 WinHttp.WinHttpRequest Server name or address could not be found. I thought I've seen this before but can't remember the fix to it.

I did get version 9.0.4 from Lawson.  I am attempting to do a new install on Websphere 6.1.  This is so we can get ride of an older server etc.   The latest issue on the install is that I can get the installvalidator.jsp to work however in loging in I am getting this error: JSPG0036E: Failed to find resource /lsn/SmartNotifications.jsp

Can anyone suggest how to write reports on Reports usage tracking We have several reports published to LBI and would like to know who and when the reports were run….
