We have more than 350 rights in LBI that are present. I have written reports that tells me by which structure, which rolee are attached to which elements. However I cannot find which users are attached to which right in LBI. Has anybody found an eaier way of getting this information tia ruma.

I am using the following query in OLEDB to pull data for a report of HR demographic data. I have information in a user field (user field 98), when I attach the index EMPSET3 it is pulling data from another user field. Without the index the report is pulling the proper data, just running a little longer than I would like. If you want to match transactions say a summarized transaction with its corresponding payments - how do you do that If you have a summarized transaction fo $65,0000 and that is posted to the GL- it is the first line in the sequence of events.  There are two separate invoices that make up that $65000.  Invoice A is $13,000.  Invoice B is $52,000.  And the two combined make the $65k. All: Would like some recommendations/instructions from the group as to applying SP's to CRAS server. I'd like to install SP4 and SP5 to my SP3 XI R2 RAS service...  I have already applied the latest update to LBI 9032.111. Hello, I am learning the ropes with LBI and have found this forum to be most valuable.  We have some VPs and Directors who insist on seeing the detail for their cost centers on back office RW100, GL291, AP275 and Crystal using the MM280.rpt as data source.  Some of these reports are over 1000 pages.  What options do I have in LBI to present a large report to a user  I'm just learning the concepts of publications, instances, and historical reports.  Any ideas will be most appreciated....

I am using the Lawson Query Builder OleDB for first time and am trying to understand the syntax of the filter statement. Trying to read rows with a Major Class = 204 or 920 This format does not return any rows: POLINE.PURCH-MAJCL = 204 or 920 This format throws an error upon execution: POLINE.PURCH-MAJCL = 204 or POLINE.PURCH-MAJCL = 920 Is there documentation for this tool somewhere Any advice is appreciated. I  have a crystal report that is scheduled  in LBI , exported to excel and emailed as an attachment to users.  The problem is that the excel file cannot be sorted by the users because of meged cells.  I beleive that if I could export using the export to excel data only the file could then be sorted but I don't see that option in LBI.  Is there a way to do this Thanks Kate

I've just published a Crystal Report into Lawson LBI, and receive the following error when I view it: Invalid table number. CR Labor Utilization - Monthly {1D97554B-8470-4553-A3C3-D4B42702C5B1}.rpt The report runs fine in Crystal.

I would like to take a large text-based report from an AR/ADT system and send it through LBI for breaking apart to different recipients much like a bursted Lawson back-office report. I need a quick lesson in invoices - particularly if they have a GLTRANS that says summarized transaction.  I need to provide the details of the summarized transaction.
