I am hunting around for information on BR21, BR152 and BR121 I have isolated a GLTRANS record and the source is BR21 - which seems to be a invoice reversal or deletion But there is still the record in GLTRANS, so I am trying to track down the tables the transaction originated from.  I have tried ARDISTRIB, APDISTRIB, AROIHDR and AROITEMS. Where else can I look for the origintating transaction be or how can I trace this back to the originating invoice Thanks!

Would I need to look at any other tables to do a reconciliation between the GLTRANS and CBCPYCASH tables besides APDISTRIB and ARDISTRIB Report Purpose is'  To be able to view detail from summarized GL Entries into the original subsystems for Cash Reconciliation On the ERD's I see Cash Ledger only tied to APDISTRIB and ARDISTRIB.  Could there be any other source table Thanks!

I need to pull in the invoices from ARDISTRIB to get a certain AR account with its sub accounts that do not show up in the ACHISTDTL AND ACHISTHDR because they have not gone through the process yet. I need to get an invoice date for the invoices in ARDISTRIB - I don't see how to do that through the data dictionary. Anyone done this Thanks!

Hello, This is my first posting so please bear with me.  I have a Lawson IC234 Inventory Valuation report with a costing method of FIFO. On the report there is a column titled 'Current Cost as of Valuation Date'.  I believe it is a calculated amount because I cannot pull any cost data into Crystal that matches the amounts on the report.  Does anyone know what fields and or calculations are being pulled/performed  Thanks

We are on LBI 9031. When I add a new right on the rights management and click save, suddenly the screen blanks out with all fields cleared. I then have to go to maintain rights, weed through the long list of roles, find out which one I was adding click on it and then add the value. I am running reports that go against the lbp schema and belong to the same database as the other lawson tables using native oracle odbc. These reports are created using sql as a command. When I publish the report on LBI I am not able to see a datasource drop down list that I can pick from. Does anybody have any ideas as to why this is happenning and what I can go alternatively. tia.

I am using RWROWDET to recreate an RW group format into a view for use within a Crystal Report.  In RWROWDET there is a field called ACCOUNT_LIST which relates to a list of accounts.  Anyone know how to get the list of accounts that make up this list Thanks, Julia

Hello, We have our pilot LBI install running on a Win 2003 32 bit 4 processors with 4gig of ram.  The server has 20g space available.  WebSphere, SQL server 2005 and LBI are all running off one of the drive.  We do not have the expertise in house to re-install websphere or LBI.   Any ideas on what would need to change in Websphere and LBI to upgrade to Win 64bit OS so that we could increase the ram  We also need to increase the drive space so that we will not run out of disk space.   I...

We just updated our Crystal Reports from 8.5 to Crystal 2008.  We export several of our reports to Excel, and I am noticing that I only have two Excel options Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Microsoft Excel (97-2003) Data-only I am finding thata they do not export nicely to Excel.  ONce we export, we usually need to sort & manipulate the data, but when I extract from Crystal Excel will not let me sort unless I highlight the entire file go into my Excel options and uncheck merge cells.  I did not ha...

Does anyone know how to invoke a Design Studio Portal Page from a Dashboard Also, is it possible to display the contents of the processFlow inbasket in a dashboard. We are taking the approach that users will log directly into framework services instead of the portal and would like to have this functionality in the dashboard.

I think I know the answer to this, but, it is worth asking: Is there a way to control the sequence of the tabs accross the main dashboards display window. I had Tools - ESS -MSS and then I added a Reports dashboard and now I have Tools - ESS - Reports -MSS. I cannot see a way to put Reports at the end where it belongs. We just completed our LBI upgrade from 9022 to 9031. We are having an issue where when we click a report to bring it up, we get a window that says please wait and after few minutes it freezes and when we click the x button to get out it throws the user completely out of LBI. What can be the reason. This report was coming out fine with the upgrade.

All: I am trying to upgrade LBI.  Currently on v9.0.1.8 on Tomcat want to go to v9.0.3.x on Websphere. Here's the situation:  In order to do this, we needed to buy new servers (old ones didn't meet the requirements).  I have WAS installed, and CR, and RAS, etc. Installed LBI v9.0.1.10 into WebSphere as a new install.  Had our DBA copy the current prod version into the new schemas. During the the jsp execution, the default reporting service parameters like, reportname fsuserid remurl2 is always null when queried through request.getParameter(..). Hi, I started another report to just find Invoices and match up to GLTRANS and ACHISTHDR and ACHISTDTL.  The only thing I am getting from ACHISTHDR is the Invoice date. According to the data dictionary the joins should be this, but like I mentioned - I am getting mutliple rows for one record even though everything is inner joins. I have a Crystal XI report with a cascading parameter. The report  uses a SQL command rather than a stored procedure. Runs fine in Crystal, but when published in LBI the first prompt works, but I get a 'Fail to process prompting' error on the second parameter.  If I get rid of the SQL command and pull in the tables directly, both parameters work  in LBI, but that just kills performance.  Has anyone had experience with this Thx!

An invoice can have mulitple lines.  When posted to the GL does each line item get posted, or the whole invoice Obj-Id is different for each line I pulled into a report. Thanks! (Yes I am a newbie!)

This may sound a little crazy but I cannot figure out how to do it.  (1)  I am checking some items in our legacy system against the count and amounts that have been converted to Lawson. I am wondering if anybody has found out a way to get notified whenever a report scheduled to refresh at a particular day and time fails to refresh without going through the log files. On reporting services for maintain schedules the status of success or waiting is not the true status of whether the report refreshed but the status which defines that the handoff for reporting services to CRAS to refresh was successful or not.
