    1. Modified Crystal report, did save without data
    2. Republished on dashboard via LBI>Report Details
    3. LBI>Report Details>Data Settings, chose the datasource and entered user id/password.

    Now I go to Dashboard, click on report and it has old data in it. I'm new at both Crystal and LBI.

      By chance, did you ever configure a schedule for this report? Generally for on-demand reports, a schedule is not set up.
      Once it has been set up, however, even if you delete the schedule the dashboard could still be displaying the scheduled report and it's data.
      Check your LawsonDocuments folder for the report-id_ReportName\Instances folder
      If there is anything in the Instances folder, delete it, and re-try the dashboard link again.

        Beth,
        If you are still having an issue here, please try this;

        Go to LBI>Reporting Services Administration>Report Management>Maintain Reports

        Find this report in the list, select [Details]

        In the Left Navigation Bar go to: Report Actions>View with Data Refresh

        Your report will now run, and should give you fresh data:

        If the resulting data is indeed fresh, your problem is the link on the dashboard. This link may be set to pull "View Latest Instance".

        Hope this helps! And welcome to the world of LBI :-) !!

            I was also told by Infor to add "&Refresh=True" to the end of my URL link on the dashboard as a quick fix to avoid pulling the last scheduled instance.
