Incorporate GL Data in the MM280

Is there a way to incorporate GL in the Department Expense Distribution Report so that it ties back to the Operating Expense? Currently we are having to run two reports to provide this information. The MM280 and GL290 for the account needed. This report would have all the same field headings as the current MM280 report, but include entity, department, and whether the transaction was an accrual or not. Also, the main difference being year to date instead of just that month.
