LBI and No Icons

    I'm currently using LBI in the test environment and have come across a problem.  I have an "x" in all the icons which would show me: Print, Export, Next Page, Prev Page, etc...

    I was told by my IT department that it's a compatibility with IE8 but was at my user group this week and was told there is a fix and should be compatible.  I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and if so, what can i do?

      Frank, what version of Crystal and what version of LBI? I know there was an issue with early (i.e. 902x) LBI not seeing the images in the 'crystalviewersxxx' directory.  Also, when Crystal RAS is installed, it creates the 'crystalviewersxx' directory under 'Default Web Site', so if you aren't running LBI on the 'Default Web Site' in IIS, you would need to create a virtual directory on the web server to point to it.

        Hi John,

        We are using Crystal XI and Framework Services & Reporting Services 9.0.2.2.96. I'm not familiar with the other questions so i'll talk to my IT Department. Hope what i gave you helps.
