Listing the bursting rights by user

I can create a number of reports from Lawson FS and RS but I can't find a table that has the rights for a user.

Does a table that has this information exist?

Example

User Department Rights
Me 1000
2000
3000

It will be a combination of fields from the following tables:

dbo.ERS_RULEMAPPINGS
dbo.ERS_RULEVALUES
dbo.ERS_ELEMENTS
dbo.ERS_RULEMASTER
dbo.ERS_STRUCTURETEMPLATE

I downloaded Greg's Report and added information from Active Directory. The result meets my current requirements perfectly.
