Hi
I've installed LBI, DSSO & have intergrated with existing LSF 9 Portal. However, after logging in, I noticed that the Framework Services System Admin Tool is missing. This happens when I login as Framework services (like http://hostname:9080/efs) as well as in Portal.

However, if I change the authentication to File Authentication, this issue does not appear I see complete menu.

Has anyone come across this type of error earlier? Any input is appreciated. Tks.

@Matthew - Thank you very much for your reply. The install validator runs successfully without any errors. The below is the screenshot that shows only the failed test (since there isn't any, the page is almost blank)

@Matthew - That was an excellent clue you provided. Thanks.

I basically cleared up WAS logs (after backup) & then simply restarted the application server (server1) & the Node agent & found the following errors per the attached error log. I've no clue on what these Axis servlet or Java programs are. Any inputs on this please?

Sorry but troubleshooting Java stack traces is a very complex task. Typically they are generic or just too long to encapsulate in a simple forum post. If you can pin point something specific Id love to give you my thoughts though.

Axis is just a JAVA library that handles webservices so thats extremely generic. I doubt theres any problem with Axis, probably just the actual issue is originating from something uses Axis.

java.lang.ClassNotFoundException might suggest that there is an inherent problem with the install. If it only happens with DSSO Id think thats your culprit. Review the install guide, there are some very specific steps that, if not performed to the letter could cause some fatal errors.

Ok, no problem. Issue resolved. It was identified to be with the LBIAdmin Role created in LSA rather than an LBIAdmin Group. Hope this helps someone in the future
